Our preferred and recommended file format for your documents and artwork is Adobe PDF and this is the fastest way to get your order into production without delay.

For regular customers, you may prefer to install PDF writer software on your computer to make PDF files directly from your word, powerpoint and other programs. We recommend the free Cute PDF writer software as being easy to install and use although there are other products available including Adobe PDF Writer.

Important: Artwork for printing covers, leaflets, brochures etc should be saved as a flattened phoshop PDF at 300dpi in CMYK. If your artwork has bleed off the page, then remember to include 3mm bleed area on all sides.

The upload time depends on the speed your Internet connection and the total size of your files.
