How fast do you deliver?

The actual production schedule depends on your specific requirements and the turnaround time will be displayed at the time of ordering. Typically, orders placed before 1pm (local time) are dispatched the same business day (Monday to Friday). We offer a choice of shipping options including economy and next day express. All orders are dispatched using our preferred shipping partners and in most cases our couriers fulfill delivery the following day. However, we are not responsible for their service failure.

What is Express Delivery?

For a small additional fee our Express Delivery option gives your order priority status. Your order is confirmed and scheduled for production as soon as it is received. Our usual cut off time is increased and the order is dispatched to you on a priority next business day morning basis.

Which file formats does DDOCS.com support?

Our recommend and preferred file format is Adobe PDF and this is the fastest way to get your order into production without delay. However, we support other formats including Microsoft Office applications: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, with the following file extensions (.doc .docx .ppt .pptx). If you are interested in support for specific formats not included in the above list, please contact our Customer Support team.

My file is not in PDF format, what happens next?

Should you wish to submit your file as word, powerpoint or other format, our system will convert it to PDF for you free of charge and provide you with an online proof or you can choose to email the print ready PDF prior to production in order to check offline.

Can I track my Order?

Yes. You can check the status of your order at any time using our online tracking system. We will also email you to confirm that the order has been shipped.

I need a quote, can you send me an official quotation?

Yes, please contact sales on sales@ddocs.com with your specific requiement and we'll be happy to help. Our quotations are vailid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Can I pay for my order using a credit or debit card?

We accept all major credit and debit card payments including Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard. Once you have finalised your order, you can make a secure online payment and our order confirmation will be emailed for your records.

I have a special printing and binding requirment, can you give me a quote?

Yes, please contact sales free on sales@ddocs.com with your specific requirement and we'll be happy to help.

Do you deliver to other Countries other than the UK?

At present, we only deliver to the UK. However, we are currently rolling out production partners in other Countries including Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand who will handle international production and distribution from DDOCS.com.
